Cooler Master thunder 450w psu problem

So i upgraded my PC 3 weeks ago. Specs-
i3 3220
4gb x2 corsair vengeance ram
Zotac 750 ti 2gb gpu
Gigabyte h61m-hd2 mobo

and CM thunder 450w psu

I upgraded gpu and ram only.
After 2 weeks of usage. My psu is not working now but it was on warranty so i gave it to service center for repair.

I want to ask is this because i upgraded my gpu that my psu is not functioning properly or what?

I'm afraid that even After getting psu repaired, it will stop working after few weeks.

The psu is low quality. I would suggest upgrading to a higher quality unit, the lower the quality the high the chances of it damaging other hardware.

REALLY? I already upgraded my pc few weeks ago. i can't buy anything now 🙁
Can i use for like already 4-5 months? Without damaging my other components?
My RAM and GPU are brand new so i don't want them damaged 🙁

It might last 4-5 months or it might last 4-5 minutes. The lower the quality the psu the higher the probability of it damaging something when it fails.
