Cooler Master V1000 cable instalation

Hi guys,
I recently bought Cooler Master V1000 PSU and since it's my first modular PSU I am not sure if I have to use one cable for one GPU (like shown on the pic) or I should use two cables an leave the extra split ones free?
The GPU is GIGABYTE GTX 760 WINDFORCE 3X

Because the PSU is a single rail one, you can use both options as you like. Internally the PSU cables are connected anyway.
