Question Cooler Master V1000 Platinum 1000W Power Supply

I bought a new power supply

Cooler Master V1000 Platinum 1000W Power Supply

Upgraded from a 650w 80 plus gold

I installed the new power supply and it lights up the power for graphics card power lights and ram RGB but does nothing afterthat the pc doesn't turn on.

Intel core i9 9900k
Rtx 2080
16gb ram
Aorus z390 ultra mother board

Thanks for that I did replace ever cable and was trying to figure out what the issue is and when I read this there was the 2x4pin power connecting for the CPU I didn't replace, replaced it and worked perfectly. Definitely feel stupid for not thinking about that one little detaile lol thanks again
