Cooler master V8 in a Bitfenix ghost case

Does anyone know if it will fit? I am concerned because it is a large cooler and the ghost is a mid tower.

If anyone has better suggestions for simmilarly priced coolers please let me know.

What is your setup(mobo, ram, processor...)?

I know that everything will fit fine on my mobo but i have an atx mobo, i7 socket 1155, And 2 ram sticks. I just need to know if I will be able to close the case after i install the cooler.
