I7 4770k 
Asrock z87 pro 4
Thermaltake 650 tough power
Gigabyte r9 290 oc 

Ive just bought the cooler master x6 cpu cooler is this a good cpu cooler ? And will I be able to overclock with this cpu cooler

That CPU cooler is good, yes. You can also overclock with that cooler.
