hello,

i have purchased the cooler master n300 and to simply put it i wanted to know what size radiators can fit where exactly. Besides the 120mm radiator that can fit on the exhaust fan part that is. there is a top radiator that the specs say can support a 240mm radiator as well as one on the side panel which also says it can support a 240mm radiator. how ever i havnt been able to find any reviews on installation guides on people who have been able to install them on this case. and looking at my case itself i dont think it can support 240mm radiators as it doesnt have enough space. i would like to know people input on this topic. thank you

I checked out CM's website (http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/n300/), and I think the top or rear exhaust rads are mutually excusive. That is to say, if you put a 120mm rad on the rear exhaust, the fan for it will extend enough towards the front of the case, and is already high enough, that you won't be able to put the 240mm rad on the top (but could do a 120mm only on top).

RE that side radiator towards the front, that is odd to me. The whole case is only 7.5" wide, which makes me a little nervous about installing a radiator right there. It probably has to be a thin one. I have a HAF 912, which is pretty wide (9 inches at least), and its hard to imagine a thick radiator right there...

How much cooling do you need?

i would think only a 120mm radiator. its going to be for over clocking my i5 devils canyon. hopefully gonna try and hit 4.5 ishhhh so gonna need some decent cooling. was thinking some where around the h80 maybe. but yes i agree that fitting a radiator on the side wouldnt be possible. it shows that you can in some sites ive gone through but it doesnt show where the fans are going to be placed or where the tubing will go. especially since im using that side cut out for my cable management. i think i will have to go with a 120mm radiator on either the top or the rear exhaust. how ever the top might be difficult because i think the heat sinks of my north bridge will get in the way
