Hey everyone,
It seems whenever I make a post, it is about a super odd problem
But anyway, ive mainly finished my pc, and I am just making upgrades at this point.
Ive got this motherboard, from my days of dumpster diving, from an old lenovo pc (its a core 2 duo ), and I know it works, as I have used it for a short amount of time, with the cooler that came with it. But that cooler is boring, and I want to have a side project away from my main pc, so I want to build it into a rig. My only issue, is that there is no screwholes that mean you can mount a conentional cooler onto the cpu, as the old cooler rested on top of the cpu. Is there any way to get the pressure between the cooler plate and the ihs? Like using standoff holes, or something else. Also, nothing is off the table, I like the motherboard, and I want to keep it because I think its really cool, so im not getting rid of the mb. Ive also got access toa 3D printer for making a custom mount or something if thats the route I end up going down
I can post photos if needed
Thanks
