does the cooler that comes with the processor can hold on hte cpu?

It's ok and will keep it within reasonable temps however can get quite loud. I'd recommend the Cryorig H7 as a much quieter cooler for that CPU if within your budget.

Pretty much any aftermarket cooler that supports the 1150 socket will be better then the stock Intel one.
