Cooler push pins

Hi, I recently got parts for my first pc build. The cooler I bought is a CM hyper tx3i, (pretty much same as tx3 evo). Problem is, it connects to the motherboard with this really inconvenient push pin method. The instructions are also very vague and not very helpful.
Is there a good solution to mounting these, and will it be stable and not fall off (ive heard of people who have had this cooler fall and damage components).
Should I just return it and get a Hyper 212 evo once thats in stock?

The push-pin hardware shouldn't be any more inconvenient than the original Intel cooler that comes with Intel CPUs. What seems to be the part that seems inconvenient to you.

The Hyper 212 EVO requires access to both sides of the motherboard. So take that into consideration if you would have to remove the board to mount the base of the cooler.

I've never had a push-pin mount cooler fall off, and I've been building for quite a while. However, it is possible that one of the posts will come loose and may affect contact enough to affect cooling.
