Cooler that fits both LGA 775 and 1150?

I have an LGA 775 E5500 right now, and its hitting 75-76C at stock speeds, so I know I'll have to get a new cooler. I'm looking for one that will fit both 775 and 1150 sockets, because I might upgrade to a 1150 in the future. My budget is under $40.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO will be an optimal cooler, it supports both the sockets mentioned and is the best one for under $35.
