cooler touching ram

Hello everyone,
is it a problem that one of coolers heat pipes is touching ram??

As long as it isn't pushing against the module and only touching the heat spreader, then it isn't an issue.

This is why all those fancy RAMs with heat sinks are stupid.

It is pushing a little bit but i managed to fit it and the fan cant go all the way where it shuld be but no high temps or anything...
