Coolermaster 212 evo vs antec kuhler 620

i am buying a new cooler for my E8500, but my case is only 18cm wide (7.1")

so i have two options:

1) Antec KUHLER H2O 620 CPU Cooler, Arctic Silver 5.
total = $123 (inc. P&H)

2) CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO, Arctic Silver 5, CoolerMaster 120mm SickleFlow Fan (for a push pull setup)
total = $82 (inc. P&H)

right now the stock cooler is cooking at 80C (176F) on load


EDIT: im wondering if my case can fit the 212 evo, its 16cm tall and my case is 18 cm wide
is a 2cm gap big enough to fit onto the mobo and still close the case?

i would go CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO pushpull

The EVO isn't going to fit in your case,neither will the 212+.
It's not wide enough.
If you can source them the Gelid Tranquillo and Zalman Performa will.
