Hi all.
Built a new PC this weekend, got a coolermaster ML240L cooler on the CPU. It's making a really odd noise - but weirdly only when full screen games are the focus window.
I have 2 screens, if I select the second screen with a web browser up or something, the noise goes away. Go back to the game on full screen and the noise is on. I've worked out its coming from the actual pump over the CPU itself. Done lots of googling and searching and nothing seems to solve it (laying on the side, reinstalling etc). Also none of them mention this issue only coming on when the window is focused.
Nothing is overclocked, temps are normal ~55degress under moderate, 70 under maximum. It is a 9700K CPU.
Anyone got any ideas?
