CoolerMaster 520w enough for a single GTX580?

What do you think? Is it enough power to go with a i5 2500k? (I'm not planning to SLI)

I have never heard of power cooler, that means it is probably a unknown pos power supply! Go with a quality corsair, seasonic, antec, or xfx power supply! You are looking at least a 650w psu.

gtx 580 recommends a 600 watt psu, but its the +12volt amps that matter. I think that card draws 38-40 amps.

Cooler master makes horrible powersupplies. How about a corsair tx 650w or antec hcg 620?

Ok, then. What if I discard the 580 and use a 560Ti instead? Would 520w be enough? The Box says: +12V1 20A

Thanks a lot to both of you malmental and amuffin. This PSU was a gift from a friend. I'll buy a new one, (probably a Thermaltake TR2 RX 750w or something similar to that) and keep the CoolerMaster for my "old" PC. Time to start saving money for the PSU!
