Will the 612s cooler fit on a asus m5a78l-m mother board with corsair vengance ram and will all of this go in a zalman z11 plus?

It depends if it is the low profile or not ram or which slots the ram goes in. It will fit the case fine.

i have low profile in slots 1 and 3 and high in 2 and 4, and it the fan does interfier with the ram can you just put the fan on the other side?

You can in pull configuration or if it is just a little bit then you can slide the fan up a little on the heatsink.
