CoolerMASTER CABINET Fan is not working what should I do ??

I have Cooler Master 311 Elite Computer case and the rear fan is ceased permanently, I have connected to the SYFAN2 in my MSI mobo 970A-G46 have I done anything wrong ??
Please help.........

Try another mobo connector if your lead is long enough. Or find the pin-out (Google it) and put a battery across it. Have you got your SYSFAN turned up with your UEFI?

Ok then I will check UEFI................Is there any problem with

the fan motor on current is not reaching in that port ?? MSI mobos are piece of sh!$ .
