Can anyone please tell me how much can I overclock my system for it to be stable constantly?

Core i5-750;
G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2GB 1600 CL7;
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W;
Nvidia GTS 250 512mb;
OCZ Vertex 120GB;
CoolerMaster Hyper 212+;
Antec Three Hundred;

Well, with that setup at least 4.5-5.0 GHz easy. Just don't watch your temps 😉
