Whether or not the CPU cooler will interfere with your memory sticks depends partially on the layout of your motherboard and the proximity of your RAM to the CPU. This cooler is not quite tall enough on the bottom that if it overlaps with some of your memory slots, then the cooler will not have sufficient clearance for you to use certain memory sticks with taller heatsinks.
However, this isn't really much of a problem if you have additional memory slots that you can move the memory sticks over to - that's what I had to do with my G.Skill Snipers on an ASRock Z77 Extreme4.
