My pc is asus m12ad and i would like to know if my case fit the coolermaster hyper 212?

Judging from this image:

It doesn't look like your chassis will allow you to add a tower cooler of that height. You could prove me wrong and measure the distance you have from the CPU socket to the side panel.

On another note, your build does not have any overclocking worth parts which leads me to ask, why are you changing the stock cooler that came with your build? Likewise if you're changing the cooler since the stock one broke, you should be looking at low profile coolers like the Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim or downdraft coolers like the Cryorig C1/C7.

my cpu goes over 70 celsius in 5 minutes when i enter into a game like left 4 dead which is an old game

you've got about 140mm clearance in those asus cases.
Which means your options really are limited to 92mm towers,flat down blowers or the deepcool gammaxx 200t,300,s40 - they are your best options as they run 120mm fans but are all around 135mm in height.
