CoolerMaster Hyper 412S CPU Fan Enough?

So I'm relatively new to this forum...Anyways I've been looking at coolers for my build (listed below) and I was wondering if the cooler I had selected is enough. (i'm deciding between CoolerMaster Hyper 412S or Asetek 510C liquid cooling system. P.S If neither of them is enough im happy to change) The Hyper 412S is slightly cheaper than Asetek 510C but is it enough to power the following specs?:

GPU: Nvidia GTX 760 2GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K Quad-Core 3.70 GHz 10MB Intel Smart Cache LGA 2011

Are you overclocking? if so I'd go with noctua's nh-d14 cpu cooler.

Agreed. And even if you aren't, you're never going to run into heat issues with this cooler, which could probably be used on your next build when ever that may be.
