Hi, i have just be given from a friend a Coolermaster Masterliquid and decided today to install to my pc. I followed all the instructions and when i first boot up the temperature at idle are 75 minimum! I checked everything around thermal paste and cpu block touching, but everything seems ok. My thought is that has to do something with the connection to the motherboard. Tried 2 different connection with fans but the same results.

PC
CPU: i5 4670
Motherboard: Gigabyte B85 HD3

Thanks

How is the pump connected? It needs to be running at 100 percent all of the time.

I have connected the 3pin to CPU_FAN and the 2fans of radiator to SYS_FAN. Temperature software shows me 75 Celsius with 5% load . I also tried the opposite and connected the 3pin to SYS_FAN and the 2fans to CPU_FAN and the fans running full speed 1900rpm but the CPU temperature still at 75+ all the time

In second case, check that SYS_FAN header in BIOS and set it to manual, full speed.

Just tried that, set 1st system to full speed nothing changes...Also set both CPU fan and system fan to full speed in BIOS still nothing 😕
