Question CoolerMaster ML360R AIO RGB on fans/pump wont work

I've been battling with this for two days, so the fans that come with the AIO kit will run, but the rgb on the fans and the pump wont work. It came with a controller, i plugged everything up like i was suppose to and get nothing. So there is a slot on the controller to add extra fans, i hook up my two 200mm case fans that comes with H500 case and the controller, controls them just fine. Any suggestions?

What AIO is it? And maybe you have to just plug the RGB leads in the other way around.
