hello guys i found a cheap seidon 120 but neet to buy a am4 bracket for my ryzen 1700x , unfortunately its out of stock on there website so would this maybe work?

No , that's only for the MasterLiquid Pro Series.

120mm liquid cooler isn't a great choice for a CPU like that but...

This assumes it's the seidon V-SERIES and not the M-series.

As long as you have a V series Seidon. The M and V series use different CPU mounts, one being square, the other circular, so obviously not compatible.
