Coolermaster TX3 Replacing fan Screw (Circle Screw?) Removal

Hello, I'm a screw scrub. I have no idea on how to remove this screw. I don't know much, but is there a cheap way, or something that I'm missing to remove it? Thanks.

Remove the whole fan and plastic clip from the aluminum fin part.
Flip it over and the Philips head screw will come out from the other side.
In the bottom left part of the picture is the locking tab that holds the complete assembly to the aluminum fins.
