Coolers for the Antec GX500 case

im newbie at this kinds of stuff, like. do all fans have a heatsink behind them? ive read and watched videos saying that 120mm fans work in this, but pcpartpicker says a 132mm fan fits in...

1x 120mm case fan side.
These fans have no heatsinks and are to transport air into and out of the case

Furthermore it supports CPU coolers with a height of up to 158mm (heatsink size) & Graphics Cards with a length of 380mm.
