what the lowest temperature you think i can get with something that's got 65W, on air with a decent dba rating....

if you mean a cpu with a tdp of 65w then any good air cooler will be arround 30-35 idle and 40-45 load

That's true, I havn't measured the ambient in my room and in the case.
