[SOLVED] Cooling a 9700K question

I recently purchased a Scythe Mugen Rev B Cooler for the i7-9700K I plan on buying. I noticed when it arrived it had but a single fan. Is it advised to have a second one?

The case it will be installed in is a FD Define R6....and at some point it might receive a mild overclock.

No need for a DUAL Fan Setup on that cooler , it performs great with one.

This is actually a followup question which you provided guidance on a few weeks ago. At the time you suggested a 8700K for CPU, but since then research indicated for the apps I use more cores are preferred over more threads.
