Cooling advice, and a new case

I'm thinking about changing my case, as the one I have is pretty small and has a really irritating front door (Thermaltake Urban S41), and I was looking at some different cooling options. Is there a way to pull air in to the case through a radiator so that the air going in to the case is cooler? I live in Australia, so with summer coming up, it gets pretty hot in my room and the air going in could be upwards of 30C (86F). I have a h100i CPU cooler which is currently top mounted. If anyone has any recommendations for a reasonably priced case, and a decent cooling set up for it, that would be great. I'm looking at probably a full size case, for ease of putting it all together, and for airflow. I have a Gigabyte GTX970, so it's a big card as well.
I'm happy to move the h100i to a back mount as well if that's a better idea, the only reason I have it top mounted is that it's the only way I could fit it in to the case. I'm not 100% on the theory behind how many fans should be pulling air in or pushing air out, so any advice would be great.

I was looking at getting a Fractal Design Arc XL case, which should easily allow me to top mount the h100i cooler. Plus it's a decent sized case (it doesn't need to be small, I have plenty of room), and seems to allow for a front radiator. My issue now is that I don't know how to set up the radiator at the front, or if it's even possible to do the way I want to.
