The only catch is that the h60 will need to be set up as radiator-fan-case as an exhaust. Is that fine?

A fan wont fit under the h60 if i install it as fan-radiator-case

Your airflow image is off since you'd want intake to be at the front while exhaust is at the back. Main reason is for that is because most people don't like to get hot air in their face. Unless you live in a very cold place and you'll need your PC to be heater for you as well.
To put it short: front & bottom - intake; top & rear - exhaust.

Oh, it doesn't matter much at which side you put your fan on the rad. But if you plan it run as top/rear exhaust, mount your fan in pull. This way, you have easier access to the rad to clean it from any dust that is caught within it's fins.
