I'm wondering about airflow on my newly purchased H100i.

The manual says to have it as exhaust, while the corsair blog says intake.

I use positive pressure ventilation (as a firefighter) and as a general rule to cool a compartment the exhaust needs to be 1/3 of the intake, so I'm planning the following setup:

The front has 2x120mm fans on INTAKE @ 1000RPM
The side has 1x120mm fan on INTAKE @1000RPM
The top has 2x120mm fan & radiator on INTAKE @1200RPM
The rear has 1x1200mm fan on EXHAUST @ 1200 RPM (1/3 of intake)

This is my first time building a system with this much cooling, how does it look?

Good airflow, you should be very fine ^^

I was using it as exhaust in the beginning and I switched after to intake (in pull configuration) that is supposed to be better for cleaning and for cooling.
I noticed some little improvements.

defenitely use it as exhaust, or else you are just blowing hot air on all of your components. you want to get the heat out of the case, not just blow it straight back in. do it your way and it will make your cooling inefficient.
