Question Cooling an e5-1620v3

Hi all,

Thinking about building a system using a Xeon CPU for IRacing, I currently have the E5-1620v3 available to use. Could anyone recommend a budget/mid range air cooler or all in one for it to keep it cool

What is the make/model of the case you intend to use? Also, what is your planned budget for the cooler?

In the meantime, I am a big fan (no pun intended) of Noctua coolers, like this one:
