Cooling and Overclocking

So im going to get a SLI GTX 780 and a Intel i7 4770k and my question is...Im going to overclock my cpu but im not sure if i should also overclock my gpu (is there any bottlenecking?) and also, im going to use watercooling (Corsair H100i) and if I overclock my gpu should I watercool it?

you don't need to overclock your GPU's...2 x GTX 780's in sli is total overkill for 1080. But if you do want to OC the GPU's; just bump up the temperature threshold using EVGA precision or MSI Afterburn and the clocks will follow.
