Can i know a clear view on how cpu cooling system works as well as about the material,dimensions and mode of cooling of cpu chip in a laptop
Alsoi would like to know about the new technologies provoking for development of cooling with increasing system performance

Actual trend is to increase CPU and GPU efficiency mostly by increasing transistor density and reduced micro technology. Smaller components and leads have less resistance, hence less heat.
