Hello, I'm considering using a Zalman VF900 on a 9800GTX. This cooler is made for max 7900 cards. Would it still be enough to keep the 9800 cool? If so, what other gear would I need to cool the various chips/ram?

Are these chip cooler thingies good enough, also both or one of them?

People say the stock for this particular card idles at 45C and peaks at 65C.

Check out the Newegg reviews. At least one person used it on a 8800GT, so I would think it would work on yours. The Zalman kit already includes the little heatsinks for the RAM, so you won't have to buy any separately from your links.
