Cooling fan in my PC issue

My Cooling fan that is attachet to my mother board to cool the CPU is stoping to spin randomly is that normal?...

do you mean completely stopping? if so, no that is not normal. it should never completely stop spinning, it will slow down and speed up but not stop

I'm really woried... the fan is not spining for like 10 min and sometimes comeback.. what might be the issue?...

Do you have a custom or a premade PC?

What CPU cooler are you using? stock cooler?

what Mobo?

The name of my cooler is: Scythe Katana 3 CPU Cooler (For Intel Only)

Have you made sure it's fully connected? Have you in any way changed the fan profile? If you haven't changed any fan related settings and it just shuts down then i think you should get a new one in my opinion.
