Cooling Fan Speed

If I do not care about noise, should I put my fans at the max speed to keep my computer cool? Or are there cons about doing that?

No cons of keeping PC cool. Don't worry. The only con you are going to get is the nose. Nothing else.

The only con would be prematurely aging the bearings in your fans, low quality fans will barely last a year at full speed.
