Question Cooling fans not spinning

I tried disconnecting the molexes to see if i could fix my fans rgb because they would turn of after sometime and after I've done that the fans won't spin at all I haven't done anything else except disconnecting the molexes and reconnecting them again. Can someone please help me fix this issue?

We're going to need more context. What fans are you working with? Were these fans bundled with your chassis? If so, please include the make and model of your case.
