Cooling for a good CPU cooler for my Rig?

Hello, as the title says I am trying to find a good CPU I cooler, something quiet and cool.
Heres my specs, I have been having problems as for sizes and compatibility.
AMD FX 6300
ga-990XA-UD3
Corsair carbide spec 01

I am using the stock cooler, feel free to answer anything! Thanks!

Scythe Mugen 4 PCGH, king of coolers under 45€ in my opininon. I had i7 5820k overclocked to 4.0ghz and cpu never was more than 55c degrees and the quietest cooler ever only 12dB at full load 😀

As above the h7 is the one for you - it'll keep a 6300@50c under full load.

none are as good as the h7 - performance on all is fairly similar

Id take the s40 out of thsoe personally because

1. it has preapplied paste & is incredibly easy to fit
2. it has a custom 120mm fan & is a fair bit quieter than both those 92mm models.
