Cooling for i5 3570k

Hey, I have i5 3570k with stock cooler and I'd like to upgrade my cooler. People seem to recommend CM 212 Evo. I dont know which is better, 212 evo or 212x? Also i'm a bit worried if 212 would fit my case, its CM Silencio 550 ATX case. Also I want to add one more intake fan, which fan should I get? And of course I need thermal paste, what would be the best paste?
I'm not planning overclock my cpu.

It seems like the Hyper 212 is 159mm high and your case officially only has the capacity up to 154mm height coolers, it might work but I wouldn't recommend it to you since it could become a big issue when it comes to put the side panel back on.

As for the cooler, I looked around for coolers for your case, I didn't find anything too fantastic to be quite honest. How much are you willing to spend?

The Cryorig H7 is only 145mm tall and will fit.

Yea thats what I also looked at cause one guy recommended it, forgot to mention it here. I was just wondering if its good but I guess it is (well almost anything is better than stock lol) What intake cooler do you recommend?
