Cooling for my pc

Hi!
So i have a bitfenix neos with the stock fans. Its really loud. Im gonna be buying the noctua nf-s12a ULN (2 of them) for the case fans and the hyper 212 evo for my amd fx-8350. Do I need to order any stands for the cpu cooler ? (I have a msi 970 gaming mobo) or does it fit in perfectly without changing anything ? Just wanting to know before ordering..
