I'm about to end my build, a have a MSI Z270 gaming m5 , 16gb Crucial Ballistix Sport, a Seagate Barracuda HDD 1TB, a GTX 1070 Ti and a Core i7 7700k.

I plan to overclock to 5GHz on all 4 cores and I'm considering the cooler master Masterliquid 240 AIO (not the Pro nor the ML) for cooling the cpu, will this cooler be enough for decent temp's?

NOTE: Where i live the ambient temperature averages 21c. If I don't win the silicon lottery I might be using somewhere between 1.35 and 1.38 Vcore Voltage I THINK!

Solution
If you case will allow a 168 mm high cooler, I can think of no finer conventional cooler solution other than Noctua's NH-D15....(about $85 US on Amazon)

Generally keeps up with the very best of the $150-$200 AIO pump solutions..
