So im having an issue with temperatures and they don't seem to be telling the truth at all but I don't know if they are, If they are its worrying.
When im playing LoL or any other game my temperatures sky rocket, As soon as I alt-tab out they instantly drop I will attach some examples below in a gif.

Is this actually a problem or are the sensors lying to me, I've just reseated everything including the CPU cooler, cleaned all the dust out of the fans and re-applied thermal paste, Inside the case feels cool, even if I run a CPU stress test the H80i water tank gets kind of hot and it blows warm air out, but it doesn't seem like 90c at all like its telling me.
My H80i fans are on push/pull, inside the case I have 2 fans on the top pulling air out and 2 fans on the front of the case blowing air in, I don't have the side panel on at the moment as it has being really hot in the U.K and I was worried so I got a desk fan blowing inside of my PC case at the minute as the temperatures were worrying me, But the weather has cooled down alot now and my room temperature isn't even warm anymore.
Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.
