Cooling Question Help

ok im about to order parts for my 1st ever build. how necessary is it to have a aftermarket cooler? i will either be getting a AMD FX-8320 or Intel Core i5-4690K. will the stock fan that comes with it keep it cool? or should i just get a aftermarket fan/liquid cooling fan now? i will be playing games like H1Z1,GTA,CS:Go ect. thanks for the help.

The stock cooler is loud and inefficient, I would suggest the corsair H100i GTX. or another liquid cooler by corsair.

would it be ok if i use the stock one for a few months and see how it holding up? and then if it needs a upgrade i could buy a liquid cooler?

Yes, but the stock cooler Is LOUD. But yes that plan works.

ok thanks for the help, also it shouldnt over heat or have any problems if i play a heavy game? (BF4,GTAV)

It might because the stock cooler is designed for "Everyday" use,
Which is what they mean for my grandma in her basement surfing internet explorer.
But don't worry to much, Just don't go overclocking.
You can game on the stock cooler just keep an eye on CPU temps.

You can use the stock cooler, of course. But dont overclock with it, and maybe in heavy games the CPU temps go high.

If you want a cheap and good aftermarket cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. It's about 25$.

thanks, whats the difference between the H60 and H55? i was looking at the H55 earlier

The H60 is a little newer, Besides that it is just looks.
