I just bought the following and I was wondering If stock cooling is fine if I don't plan on overclocking right away. Primary use is for Gaming. Do I need to buy an aftermarket cooler for the GPU or CPU?

Motherboard: Asus Z77 Sabertooth
GPU: EVGA Geoforce GTX680
CPU: Intel i7 3770K Ivy Bridge
Power Supply: Corsair AX850 850W
Case: Corsair 650D
SSD: Samsung series 830 SSD 256 GB
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16GB 1600MHZ

You won't ever need to buy an aftermarket cooler for the GPU.

The CPU however, when you do decide to overclock you'll need to get a new cooler. Until then, the stock cooler will work just fine

Ok, Thanks! i'll keep it stock for now. I was thinking of getting the H80 or H100 from corsair in the near future. I want something that runs as quiet as possible. any suggestions?

Those are in no way shape or form quiet coolers. I personally have a hard time purchasing or recommending plastic blocks like that because most of them use cheap fans and people wind up replacing them with costlier fans anyways. Go with a Noctua D14 or Phanteks TC-14 instead.
