Cooling setup help

Is im new to pc thats my rig with one fan in front blow air in:

I plan instal 2 more fan so question is where and with air blow out or in?
I can insta 2 fans on back top and 2 fans on top of the case.
Did pto should be blowing in air and back one blow air out?

Either Use both the fans on TOP as Exhaust (Blow Out)
Or One at back and one at Top as Exhause

Okay let me explain the Front and bottom fans should be as the Intake
And the Rear and top fans should be as Exhaust
