I've recently managed to gather up some extra money and decided that it would be time to fix a massive problem on my PC. The R9 390x runs extremely hot on some games and I can only play those games for max. 1 hour before the card starts heating up like crazy. I have to keep my case sidepanels open since it helps to some degree. But that causes a ton of noice. I recently hit 96C° on Rust and Overwatch only after 30mins (fans at 100% from the start) I have about 100 euros to spend and it doesn't matter if it is water cooling or air cooling. I would just like to have my computer case shut, Coolermaster R5 if I remember right. I do live in Finland so I wont be able to order from the US or Canada.

Thank you.

Fractal Design Define R5? You could look into the NZXT Kraken G10 it's an after market cooling bracket but you do have to buy a CPU cooler, the G10 is 30 bucks so 27 euros (thanks BREXIT) and probably an H60 which is around 54 euros. Now if you go for a more expensive cooler you may get better results, the bigger the radiator the more cooling capacity.

One thing to look out for is that the H60 isn't compatible with the G10 but if you just look up the NZXT G10 it will show what coolers are compatible. I apologize.
