Im upgrading my case/fans to bring my thermals down. My GTX770 (20% Mem OC/10% Core OC) gets to 84C during gaming even with an aftermarket cooler it still throttles which sucks because Its not reaching it's potential.

Would this Case/Fan upgrade bring my temps down and stop my GPU from throttling? Also, What would the differences be if any at all would it be noticeable?

Current Random Case:
1x Front Intake Arctic F12
2x Side Intake Arctic F12
1 Rear Exhaust Arctic F12.

NZXT S340:
2x Front Intake Arctic F14 Rev2
1x Rear Exhaust Noctua NF-F12
1x Top Exhaust Arctic F14 Rev2

Solution
Since hot air rises and currently you don't have a top exhaust fan, quite a bit of that hot air is trapped at the top of your case. With new case, the PC internal temperature would be considerably lower than it currently is.

For cooling upgrade, i suggest you go with NZXT H440 instead.
It supports 140mm fans all around and you can install up to 5 fans into it (2x front intake, 2x top exhaust and 1x rear exhaust).

As far as fans go, Arctic fans are a good choice.

(Love the fluid dynamic bearing in Arctic fans. In my Skylake build, got the Arctic Freezer i32 with Arctic F12 PWM PST in push-pull configuration.)
