Cooling the backside of the motherboard

I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to do a little test: What i have in mind is placing a big 200mm fan on a case that is directing air on the backside of the motherboard. Preferably right where the CPU is to see how much of an impact it has on the temps, if any. Ideally the case should also have holes on all 4 sides on the back so that the air can easily get out and have a good airflow.

Solution
There already is a such thing. You can place a fan like this one behind the socket of the CPU, this helps cool it and provides additional cooling to mofsets and vrms. use rubber screws or some coolers even have mounting which allows you to place a fan on the back, if no you can also use zip ties. Do what you need to and if it helps, then no harm done.

It's a bit misleading, If MB itself is not overheating (usually behind processor) it's not going to really lower CPU temps but numbers may look lower, I have full server tower Chieftek Dragon and it came with ventilation holes at back cover. I placed 90mm fan there and it didn't help any.
