Cooling the heatpipe of my HD 7850

If I face my case fan directly to the 4 heatpipes of my HD 7850, will it help lowering the temperature of my graphics card?

Yes, it will help to lowering the temps...
Make sure you have good airflow inside your case.

It will be negligible but might lower temps 1 or 2 degrees.
