So this case, has two 140/120mm fan bays at the top, two 120mm fan bays in the front, one on the back and one of the side. Now I have been asking my question what mobo would be best to get for under a £100 budget, preferably a 990 board at-least and be able to support all of these fans plus the CPU? Also how would I go about configuring what fans are intake and what ones are outflow?

Solution
NZXT Source 220 does not have the fan on the side. https://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/107-source-220-case

Anyway, for 990 MB, either ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 or GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/asus-motherboard-m5a99xevor20%2Cgigabyte-motherboard-ga990fxaud3/ You can buy one of the fan Y cable http://static1.caseking.de/media/image/thumbnail/waek-773_waek_773_1g_800x800.jpg for the fans, if the MB does not have enough fan_header or use the adapter and the PSU 4 pin molex

For the fans set up, one on top and one on the rear for exhaust fans, two on the front for intake, or one front and one bottom for intake. You may test them to see which setting is good too.
